We were shopping for wood flooring for one of our large rooms. Chuck was so helpful with product type, installation pros and cons, things to consider. He spent alot of time with us and we ultimately made a purchase that same day. We are frequent shoppers at this Floor and Decor. The customer service is outstanding.

I don’t even know where to start, my husband and I went to every single flooring store in DFW to find what we were looking for. Alicia took such good care of us. We were just left speechless at how much she genuinely wanted to help us. Her and Jared took such good care of us and gave us all the information we needed. I will be recommending everyone to this store especially to Alicia and Jared.

We used Floor & Decor design services this year for an unexpected bathroom remodel and Ellie, our consultant, had the patience of a saint. Not only does she have an amazing eye for design, but she never once made me feel rushed or indecisive when we floundered a bit choosing the style. We felt like she genuinely cared that we ended up with a design that we loved, no matter how many times we met. I cannot say enough good things about her and we will definitely use F&D for our next bathroom too. I love the end result.
