Worked with me on a tight schedule to get me what I needed and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Customer service is huge to me; and they have earned my business again if/when in need. I also want to say the storage unit I had was great, access was easy and my stuff was secure. I highly recommend this business to anyone, and I have to say some of the negative reviewers I read didn’t make any sense or sound like the same business I dealt with. So don’t let a few bad apples deter you from this business. Thank you Milan Self Storage, and thank you Management! A++++
