Brought my Tahoe into the service department to have them take a look at why my check engine light and stability track light where on. I had no appointment, thought I would take a chance. Glad I did .
Spoke with Gavin Riegsecker and he came out to the car , asked me to pull in and he put a diagnostic tool on and said everything was lighting up. Gavin suggested that I leave the car overnight and he would have the mechanic look at in the morning and call me. Gavin called me the next morning just like he said. Found out a squirrel had chewed through the ignition coil wiring.
I approved the repairs and also had the dealership do a tuneup and other minor items. Received a call late that afternoon. My vehicle was completed! I couldn’t believe the fast service. I would like to also thank the mechanic who worked on my vehicle.
His name is Josh Halsey. I don’t think the mechanics get enough credit when a job has been done so well and in a timely fashion. Almost forgot, thank you to Brandon as well for the ride home that day.
