Absolutely recommend Mack's, wonderful mom and pop shop vibe. Work was wonderful and on time. Will never forget the kindness they gave me during my time of need. Will definitely be going back if survives are needed. BEST SHOP SO FAR IN MONROE!!!!!
Their kindness when dealing with my totaled vehicle will never be forgotten! They treat you like family and make sure that you know that your issues matter and are not afraid to help contact people for you. They made sure my whole experience was handled with care and made me realize some of the good in a very dark time. I could never thank them enough!
Mack's Body Shop was FANTASTIC!! Kept us informed every step of the way. Liz is AMAZING. No one likes to have to pay for repairs, but Liz was awesome to interact with. She did a great job explaining options and searching for used parts to save money! If we have further car repairs, Mack's Body Shop is where we will go!!
