Woody and his team were top notch from the point of the Initial estimate, holding my adjuster accountable to insure our 2017 Jeep Wrangler was not only cosmetically restored but any potential accident related future repairs were correct now. Woody and his admin kept us updated and the loaner vehicle was a life saver. Quality of work was also spot on. Thank you Allen Chevrolet.

Went in to purchase a new Chevrolet Traverse, worked with Joe Donovan. He was great through the entire process and worked hard for us to get a great deal. I was looking for a used hard to find hybrid Cadillac that I found online in Allen Cadi web page. I contacted the dealer and spoke with Tina who had Randy Thompson call me back to confirm availability. I explained to Randy that I was located in California and asked if that would be an issue for a possible purchase. Randy explained that he has done out of state sale a lot and would not be an issue and really enjoyed doing them. During the week of deciding Randy was sending me detailed video of the vehicle that I kept asking for and also included a quote of purchase and shipping quote with the shipping vendor and name the dealer deals with and was reasonably priced. I finally decided to do the purchase with them and Randy did a great job of making the sale easy for me being out of state and even called me after the sale was done too let me know the car charger was missing and would have one shipped to me before the vehicle arrives. I called the recommended shipping company the next day after the sale and Randy had already set it up shipping if decided to go with them. it just goes to show when someone loves what they do it shows. Nolan who did the paper work explained everything and added no pressure to buy any added equipment or warranty and maid it very easy with online paper work and e signature. all staff stayed late because of the time difference and the vehicle being picked up for shipping. Thanks again for making this purchase easy for me.
