“Had a problem with my Freightliner dump truck. Engine codes. First I took it to a different shop who claimed to be able to work on my vehicle. No luck and they claimed it was a dealer level problem. Took it to great lakes Freightliner and within a couple of hours it was totally fixed. It was a blown fuse due to a wire rubbing on top of the transmission. Also there was a recall on the nox sensor that they replaced for free. That alone would have been more than 250.00 that I paid . These guys know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. It sure saved me time and money despite choosing another shop that I would save money with. Turned out to be a bad idea and my truck was down for another week . I watched too many u tube videos and came to the wrong conclusion about bringing my truck to the actual dealership who has all the knowledge on what your truck needs or not. The service manager was very a to b . Impressive.”

It really meant a lot to me that they re-adhered my remote start to the windshield, re-hung my rosary around my rearview mirror, and put my stuffed Dalmatian back on the top of the mirror. Past windshield replacements elsewhere did not do ANY of this, which actually ended up being really inconvenient as the remote start would fall off and send my stuffed dog flying into my face as I drove.
