Hey I wanted to say thank you to David (your shower attendant). Great job making a Customer feel like you care. I didn't take a shower today but I'll tell you a based on the way he carries himself I'm going to assume the showers are impeccable at this location. Can't wait to come back and do business again. Great Job guys!!

I regularly stop here in the mornings on my way to work and the 3rd shift staff is incredible! They are so nice compared to any of the other shifts. It feels nice to be greeted and feel welcomed here. Gas prices are sometimes higher than the other gas stations but the snacks and drinks have more variety compared to the other ones.

This is what every truck stop should be! Great place, great employees, greeted in and have a nice day on my way out! Clean bathroom! Great job guys, keep it up!

I I pulled into pilot in Ottawa Lake Michigan. My vehicle had broken down. I went inside on Saturday afternoon and was cheerfully greeted. Jeff the clerk sat and helped me try to find repair services for my truck. He kept working with me till I found a service to call. We had to wait some time for our parts to arrive. He offered to buy my daughter and I a coffee or a drink while we waited-wow. Customer service lives here.

Love this place. Great awesome employees, nice clean bathrooms n showers, great selection of cooler items. (Sorry no beer or alcohol). Best coffee on the interstate. Lol
