Bloomfield Villas

Good apartment.
Rent is on the lower side. Apartment community is decent. Management technicians used to fix the maintenance issues on time. Walmart and Meijer is within 10 mins of distance from the apartment.
Nothing major to complain about this place.
Overall, it is/was a good experience staying here.

I've been a resident at Bloomfield Villas for 6 yrs and I've enjoyed living here. Beacon has recently become the new owner of the property and I truly appreciate all of the new and improved updates made on the grounds, apartments, and especially the newly remodeled gym. Maintenance is fantastic, well organized and timely. The leasing office staff, Michelle and Eric, are very professional, pleasant, and always very helpful. My community is quiet, clean, well managed and peaceful and I truly enjoy living here.

I stayed here for more than 6 years , it was pleasant stay ,never feel like a rental apartment with great location , nice and safe community .
Maintenance was ok overall except Covid time but with obvious reason.
Management team is great Michele, Eric and Angie always responsive and listening and helping on time.
I highly recommend this place to anybody, if in future need would love to come back.
After new management take over I see apartment quality and amenities are improved recently.
Above review is based on my stay here .
Vacated last week , waiting for management inspection and final things and I will update my review based on final details this month.
Latest update 07/19/23–
I got final settlement with just water and sewer due bill Rest all my security deposite is refunded $3XX .
Very happy with overall stay with start to end .
I read some negative review in the past about charges at the end when you leave but definitely not true .
I have attached screenshot for proof ,looks like they definitely consider your stay and Normal wear and tear.
Again I highly recommend anybody here , management is good and caring.

We have been living in this community since 2020. The place is very quiet and calm and we love this apartment community. Would like to mention the new management is doing a great job. Had more than a couple of issues with our appliances but the maintenance team is doing a great job. We get things sorted immediately the next day. The maintenance person is friendly and well mannered and knowledgeable too. Thank you
