Wonderful service every time I call.

I don't call my insurance agent (Carol Laske) all the time (only when I have an issue or when I am buying a new car), But she is very polite and answers all the questions I have (I always have a lot) She has been the reason why I have not gone an looked for a different company because where else would you get this type of personal service? It's hard to find these days and that's what you want as your standing next to your car after an accident, Someone to reassure you everything will be okay. That's what I have gotten on one or more occasions.

I have been dealing with Carol for nearly 30 years. She has always been professional, friendly and, most of all, extremely responsive to any request or need. She has always looked out for our interest to make sure we're getting the best value and best coverage.

I speak to Carol monthly as i am forgetful of my due date. She is always willing to help me out and goes out of her way monthly to ensure im aware my bill is due and even calls me to accept payment. There is unmatched service here and i would not get my insurance from any where else regardless of a more cost effective approach. Customer service is a 5 star
