  I love this place! Just took Kellie’s Cardio Reformer class. Always awesome - great workout, clear cueing, challenging and fun. I also work out with Gayle -she is a true professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes my workout varied, challenging and fun.

  Equilibrium has welcomed me with open arms! I used to do barre and because of recent health issues I had to switch to Pilates as a more balanced and safe workout, but just as challenging for my body. I have worked with a variety of instructors there who have an amazing depth of knowledge including physical therapists and those who have been teaching for 20+ years. This is the place to come for group Pilates reformer classes and tailored private sessions!

  I've been coming to Equilibrium for over 15 years. Jessica, at the front desk and manager is amazing how she keeps everything organized and knows everyone by our names.
  The trainers are remarkable being very conscious of your body, so you gain strength, balance and any other needs. And they are intuned to every generation.
  And there is a special commorodity among themselves, sharing new and not so new routines.

  I have been a client at Equilibrium for over 15 years! It’s the only exercise that I continue to do! All of the instructors are A+ and I always look forward to being in the studio. Definitely a top rated place for classes and individual sessions.

  I’ve been a regular for more than 15 years. This is the best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to. The instructors are excellent and keep a watchful eye on clients even in classes. There are superb PTs on staff as well so when life brings you injuries they are there to help rehab you. When I travel I always miss @equilibriumpilates
