NEVER a problem. Staff is awesome. ALL OF THEM! Super helpful and dedicated. I highly recommend this credit union. You can trust them.

(January 6, 2023, 1:16 pm)I no longer live in Michigan, but I have maintained my account here because it is my oldest account and I love the personalized service. I have recently created two different auto loans with them, and boy am I glad I did.
I have worked with Lee Bailey and Tana Howard. Not only did they have the lowest rates by far, those two were in constant communication with me, providing options, never pushing, and just a dream to work with.
