My best friend has been a student of Mrs. Kislyuk for years. And now I joined the journey and could not be any happier. We all love music. Mrs. Kislyuk is very strict but so kind too and has never taken the fun away. I can't ask for a better teacher than Mrs. Kislyuk.

I picked up Violin at an age of 30, and I have been taking lessons from Mrs. Kislyuk since 2016. I would have never imagined the amount of progress I have seen in my Violin playing without Mrs. Kislyuk, as starting an instrument like Violin at older age is very challenging. She is a kind of teacher which will try her very best to bring the best out of you when it comes to music. She will push you hard and to your limits, but at the same time making the learning enjoyable. If one is looking to take his/her Violin skills to the next level I will definitely recommend Mrs. Kislyuk.

Picking up a musical instrument in my 40s wouldn’t be nearly as fun without my wonderful violin teacher Mrs. Kislyuk ! She is hands-down a first-class musician with rigorous formal training both in music theory and in string-instrument performance. Even more: lucky to all her students including myself, she is also a wonderful teacher! To maximize their learning experience, Mrs. Kislyuk excels at personalizing her teaching to each and everyone of her students, both young students and adult ones (like myself!) I highly recommend Mrs. Kislyuk and her Allegro Violin Studio!

Mrs. Kislyuk is a very kind and patient violin teacher. She gave my son violin lessons for years and he later played at The Detroit Symphony Orchestra Civics for 4 years and was the concert master at Detroit Country Day High School Orchestra. Later, my daughter also became her student. She is the concert master of her school orchestra and plays at DSO Youth Symphony Orchestra for years. Mrs. Kislyuk is very adaptive in teaching students at different levels. Her students vary from many different ages with different skill levels. She focuses on fundamental skills and yet keeps students challenged at their individual levels. Another critical factor to consider is Mrs. Kislyuk’s accommodation for students’ frantic school schedule. She is always flexible to ensure students will be able to get their lessons when they are available. All credits go to Mrs. Kislyuk for my children's music achievements.

Rita Kislyuk is a wonderful violin teacher. My son has been taking lessons with her for several years and we have seen great improvement. I have seen her interact in lessons with small children as well as adults and from novices to professionals and she is very talented in knowing how to relate to students and to get the best out of them. I would recommend her to anyone for violin study.
