Several years ago I installed two toilets in my house myself, but I'm glad I hired Mark for the installation of this one. Mark's price was the best and he did a quality job. For example, he put an additional wax ring for leaks prevention - I'd never have thought about it myself. Also, Mark happened to be my neighbor. I'll surely will ask his help again if I have future plumbing problems.

I ran into Mark today at True Value Hardware. He overheard me speaking with a store representative and was very helpful in offering a possible resolution to my plumbing question. I will definitely be reaching out to this company if I have any future plumbing needs.

We had has periodic back ups in a basement floor drain. Mark was prompt and did a professional job at a fair price. After doing a video snake of our floor drain and finding no current clog he recommended I buy a a flood guard to prevent fire back ups and that I could easily install it. When I had trouble figuring out how to' install it I texted him pictures and he called right back that I was doing it wrong and explained how to do it correctly and I was able to do it in 15 minutes with his verbal assistance.

Excellent service. Reasonable. No false advertising as the one I previously called who couldn't fix a toilet handle after 2 hours off
trying. I've used Viking in the past but couldn't find their phone number so called someone who advertised in a church paper. Bad mistake. Not St Fabian. Highly recommend Viking and Mark. Really nice and knowledgeable.

Great job! Worked on our newly installed kitchen sink to reconfigure the piping and a couple other items. Was very reasonably priced, especially compared to some of the estimates I received. Came the day after I called and was in and out in 2 hours, as promised. Would recommend him!
