(September 22, 2021, 2:25 pm)Mel was a great waitress. She was very attentive and and sweet. She was on the ball with suggestions too. I had the chicken greek salad. Mmmmm out of this world delicious! Crispy lettuce and ripe tomatoes. It was to die for. I will definitely order that again.

(August 1, 2021, 1:48 am)I hear way too many negative comments about Hambo... but I'll back them up every time. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, the good is good and fast and the bill doesn't break the bank.

(September 23, 2020, 2:36 pm)Great Coney style family rest. B'fast's are superb. Wait staff is warm & friendly, cooks are A1, and it's very family friendly. Menu has enough selections to satisfy even the most discriminating palates. Bfast, Lunches, & Dinners. Many of the regulars have been coming here for a decade & more. Personally I've been coming here for 7 yrs. It is the best rest in all of Ferndale MI & surrounding cities.
