After working with everyone at Mac’s. I can say they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them
Let me start with I had a LONG shot of a generator job and I had very few hopes of getting it started. It was an old WWII Onan that produces only 12V but its a classic. Now its been with them for a very long time (about a year and I told them its no priority) but they have been persistent in trying to get it working, I think more as a matter of pride than anything so in my opinion these guys are top notch. They have what looks like a very healthy business and regardless of the review of woman at the front desk, who has always been polite to me, they do what they say and wont quit till the jobs done. The fact that they take on work from the private sector is just a kindness on their part. They likely could survive without that business but still it feels like to me they are about helping and that's hard to come by anymore.
