But the auto manager Jesse took initiative and was very professional and helpful, he really handled the whole thing great. Stuff happens, but he was really accommodating about the whole experience and made it easy for me to get a claim settled and make sure the car was still safe to drive (it was only a fender bender but you never know). “My five-star review is especially for Anthony and Terry, the team who delivered and installed our new microwave recently. They did a fantastic job! To start with, they called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time, exactly as promised. They greeted us very professionally as we welcomed them into our home. I couldn't believe it only took them about 15 minutes to remove the old microwave, install a mounting bracket, and secure the new model up on the wall -- always taking great care to not damage anything. They even asked to borrow our vacuum to clean out the sawdust in the upper cabinet. After making sure the appliance was working correctly, they removed all the packing materials along with the old microwave. They politely thanked us for our business and made their way back to their truck. Our house was one of eight deliveries they were scheduled to do that day. (I'm so glad we agreed to letting the professionals handle this job, even though there was an extra fee. If I had tried to do this myself, it would've taken me at least a week and resulted in several unwanted holes in the wall and a couple trips to the emergency room.) Thank you, Anthony and Terry. “I have had the pleasure of training in and visiting multiple Crossfit box around Middle TN and out of state. I've generally always feel welcome anywhere I go. However, Trivium, it's owners, coaches and member are absolutely top notch. The facilities are great, not to big but still plenty of space. They have all the right equipment including air runners, ski, row and bike ergs and the dreaded Assualt bikes. There's plenty of rig space for gymnastics stuff and ample floor space for a full class with barbells. They support all levels of athletes from brand new to games athletes. I feel very fortunate to call trivium my home box.”
