Maple Manor Rehab Center of Novi

My father broke his hip towards the end of 2021 and needed hip replacement surgery. This injury combined with his early stage dementia made the recovery process long. We were fortunate to find Maple Manor as a place where he could do his rehab with the care of an excellent staff over-seeing him 24/7.

We were at Maple Manor for almost 3 straight months and we can't say enough positive things. The nurses were consistently knowledgeable, helpful and extremely kind to my father. At no point, did we ever see anyone "having a bad day" and taking it out on my father. They were the utmost professionals. The nurses were very intelligent, always had a smile on their face and consistently made sure my father was comfortable and happy. I should also note that they were always nice and welcoming to my mother who stayed with my father every day.

The physical therapists and occupational therapists are also top notch. Not only were they kind and patient, but they did great work with my father. I can't recommend them enough.

The staff at the facility were always accommodating and went out of their way to make sure my father's needs were taken care of. Whether it was people at the back office, front desk or the janitorial staff, everyone did a wonderful job.
Any time we had a suggestion or complaint it was immediately addressed.

Finally, Dr. JJ and Dr. Stella were amazing to work with. They really treated my parents like extended family.

I have been with maple manor 3 times rwo related to a car accident 3rd with illness of heart. I would recommend the manor to friends and family even strangers. Dr. Peters and Dr. J are fabulous and realy care. The nursing staff and CNAs are kind and wonderful. The therapist are fabulous also The kitchen staff are wonderful and try to meet our needs. Being in medical field and the preasure of shortage of staff is every wear and the Manor makes me feel like family. Soon to return the stress of rehab is not a negative thought about them the only one ittle thing I would say need a larger menus and give more of a variety. If I took the menu of the report it would still be the Manor of Novi. See ya in future. Thank you all.

This will be one of the most difficult decisions you make in your life. Deciding where to send a loved one for medical rehabilitation. So I want to let people know that Maple Manor is a 5 star center. My Mom is very happy with care she has been receiving. The staff is so kind and accommodating! The food is good, and she will be on the road to coming home. That’s what’s most important. I want help people make an informed decision which is why I am posting this. Maple Manor allows me to sleep well knowing that my mom is in good hands!

I would highly recommend Maple Manor. Their care for my Mom was beyond anything we expected. They were able to get her back up and walking on a walker. There aren't enough words to describe the top notch care and kindness she received from the Drs., nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists. The VP of operations, Jessica, was great at getting back to me and answering all my questions and concerns. Rose at the front desk was just the sweetest person! Everyone there was remarkable! Thank you Maple Manor for taking such great care of my mom.
