(November 28, 2021, 9:57 am)Dr. Cetner and his team in the back rooms are very nice, friendly and competent.... but.... the receptionists in both offices Commerce and Novi need some training how to talks and handle patients. They are always stressed, rude and they way they talk to patients is inappropriate ! What do they think they are ! They are dealing with sick people.... ! They need training on how to talk to patients .

(June 28, 2021, 6:18 pm)Would highly recommend him. He was our second opinion and came highly recommended to us in a time of need. He was so kind and patient with my 11 year old. He explained everything clearly and professionally. He was attentive to all of our concerns. The reconstruction to her ear was amazing.
