Oak Park Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinic in Oak Park, MI

This was. Great experience. Everyone was kind, respectful, pleasant, and clear. One complaint: they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. And I told them several times not East Woodward but West Woodward. Now I’m spending more time at the pharmacy than I did at the urgent care. Ugh

I was in and out. The doctor was very friendly and easy to talk to and the front desk staff was stellar, as always!

I had previously had a bad experience with a doctor that was new about a year ago...but I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me from staying at my urgent care home!

You guys ROCK, keep up the good work and pleasant atmosphere!!!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Dr. Donna and nurse Jessica are ALWAYS amazing. Donna has such a high standard for herself and her staff, that you can’t help but be treated as quickly as possible with skilled professionals that treat you with dignity and respect!

Jessica is very warm and inviting. She makes you feel at home every visit.

Very responsive!! They answered all of my questions within a responsible amount of time. They had me in and out. They were accommodating to my children and very professional. It was my first visit there and I highly recommend this urgent cafe. Very clean and super nice!!

This was my first experience needing to take a covid test. This team of health care workers were very efficient and informative. They provided information to all the people that walked in about the different costs associated to ensure we were getting the best value for their services. They were quite busy, always friendly, very thorough, informative and efficient. Due to the nature of the current pandemic, this staff really helped calm the fears of those that came in by being professional and working quickly and safely to get to everyone and make them feel comfortable. Huge thank you to everyone at the oak park urgent care for making my visit as pleasant, quick and safe as possible.

Had a great experience, the staff and everyone was so helpful and kind. I did the rapid and was in and out as promised, they made me feel safe and everyone was very educated. I went inside as well and same thing. I recommend this place to everyone great people truly!!
