(October 17, 2020, 9:38 pm)#514 safely transported my mom to the hospital. The ems team was professional and friendly. I wanted to say thank you at the destination but I was unable to enter after hours. I don't think you choose your ambulance, but I was very thankful I got the crew in 514 tonight.
