Love Dr. Young, have been seeing her for years. Unfortunately at both of their old & new locations it takes 30+ minutes on hold to speak with someone. I always have to plan my calls to their office during my lunch break or long drives, it's very frustrating. I thought with the new location it would improve but it has not.
Dr. Young is an amazing doctor. She is extremely nice and caring. She took her time talking with me. She really listened to my concerns. Thank you doctor for caring.
Dr. Burns is a great Dr who actually listens and really truly seems to care about what I had going on. I’m a new patient and have seen Dr Burns twice now and both times his office staff were very kind as well as Dr Burns. Thanks so much for hearing me out and helping me!
