I recently had issues with the delivery of a much anticipated order. (Not the fault of Soft Surroundings) The customer service was top notch. Company representatives were very kind and respectful. Issues resolved. I am extremely grateful.

The employees here are top notch. Very attentive. They have water bottles and wine for customers. The clothing is good quality and very soft. I wish they had more pants with zippers. I have no hips and need belt loops. 😩. The merchandise is rather expensive but like I said previously, it's good quality.
