I really liked the transparency of dealing with Tresnak Construction from the moment I contacted them. They sent detailed information about timing of the project, exactly what would be included and at what price, color and quality charts showing samples of shingles, and addresses of nearby homes with shingle colors we were considering.

They were able to fit me into their schedule much sooner than I expected. The shingle delivery was right on time and well-coordinated with the installation crew's schedule.

I especially appreciated the installation team's professional courtesy, camaraderie, neatness, and very coordinated teamwork. To my amazement, they finished a tear-off and reroofing in just one day and left the grounds in perfect condition. A representative returned the following morning to make a final inspection and a few touch-ups.

Excellent communication! As schedule shifted due to weather, office manager stayed in constant contact with me. Never left wondering. Work done quickly and appears beautiful. Did not need to pay deposit up front which I took to be a sign of a successful business.
No hidden costs.
Just perfect and am planning on them doing more work in the spring.
