  I have gone through 3 back surgeries and and Achilles’ tendon rupture-repair surgery. I have been to countless physical therapists that left much to be desired. Dr Putnam and his colleagues are the best group of medical professional I have ever come across. I’ve seen rapid improvement in only 2.5 weeks and look forward to my treatment and interactions at BTYPT&R. Thank you

  Love this place. Very different from the usual physical therapy I would usually receive, from the cupping to the dry needling to the foot detox,I found the body tempering very effective for me personally. The staff is very friendly and helpful and really want you to get better. I also appreciate the fact that they have private rooms that you can complete your exercises if you are more comfortable that way. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Dr John and his supporting staff have been amazing! They worked with me for 6 weeks to get me through my recovery from my third cervical surgery. The osteopractic approach was unlike any chiropractic experience I’ve had, and far superior in terms of results. The staff was so friendly and caring they made you feel like family. I hope I don’t need their services in the future but if I do I know where to go.

  I have been treating with "Back To You" for several months and have had positive results for a chronically bad back. The entire staff from Dr. John Putnam to all of the therapists I have worked with, including Sara, Kyle, Laura, Bethany, Marie, Alisha and others, have been friendly, tasking and innovative in the variety of treatments and exercises used to accomplish goals of getting as close to full use of my body as possible. They are also working with student/therapists completing physical therapy degrees from Wayne State University. Between dry needling, dynamic cupping, traditional cupping, traction, adjustments and other treatments in addition to the variety of exercises provided, I cannot give enough praise to this clinic.
