The front office, storage facility area and units were very clean. The staff member was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location.

I was frantic and unable to find a uhaul anywhere when I came here and was helped tremendously by Jack and Francis. They helped me get very important cargo in the midst of the pandemic. I felt secure in how clean and sterile the facilities and uhauls were and they gave me a great peace of mind. They will take incredible care of you!

Mrs. Angela is very professional, kind and knows her stuff. I was very frustrated when I first arrived at National Storage, with all the stress from organizing my move, I had so many things still left to do and Mrs. Angela knew exactly what to say to turn my mood around. She made me feel accomplished and lifted a lot of the weight off my chest, just with the knowledge she had to share. I could've had a more calming experience at such a trying time, but getting the details finalized for my storage, truck rental, a great value and packing supplies at one location, was a dream come true. Dont go anywhere else, stop at National Storage on 8 mile and see Mrs. Angela!!-
