Wish I had gotten the name of the rep who helped me (I know he's not a regular; said he does onboarding) but I can't remember having a customer service experience as fantastic as this one. Extremely helpful and a fun person to work with. The selection was great and I can tell quality absolutely came first, but also an understanding of cost and how to balance both priorities.

Very helpful , asked me if I needed assistance right away and was glad to show me bikes. Very knowledgeable person told me plenty to make an informed purchase, I appreciated my visit there.

Brian was very helpful and nice he helped pick out the perfect bike for my daughter’s 8th birthday present!! He also suggested we teach her to ride without training wheels on a tennis court. We took her to the courts and had her riding without training wheels in less than 20 minutes with zero falls!

Went to Erik's bike shop and came away with what I wanted. I find that this store can be intimidating for someone who doesn't really know a lot about bikes and doesn't have a ton of money to spend but I also wanted to know that I was working with a reputable place. I had a helpful salesperson who got me to just what I was looking for - an old man bike. I'm not looking to be hunched over and racing for time. I just want to have a comfortable commute ride. Success! The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the price of the bikes and the tendency of the sales people who work on commission to try to steer you to the most expensive bikes first regardless of what you say about your budget.
