Jason (the owner) was absolutely a pleasure to work with. There was an unfortunately mishap with the delivery service, but Jason did not hesitate to offer me a full refund and give me 50% off my next order. I took him up on the offer and asked that he deliver the flowers to Imlay City which is way out of their delivering area, but he found a florist in Imlay City and paid them to get the bouquet made and delivered. I truly appreciated his commitment and "old school" approach to customer service. I will definitely use this florist again!! SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES it pays off!!

So happy to find a local florist so I can send nice gifts to my mother. I thought the arrangement was perfect -- even nicer than the pictures online, definitely on the high end in terms of quality. Reasonable prices too. And it was fun to send a box of chocolates and a full sized card too. They delivered as promised even though it was a busy holiday. Highly recommended. I'll be back!

I just ordered online today (3/18/2021) with an expected delivery tomorrow (3/19/2021)...I will let you all know how it went. Paid over $100.
