In fact, we changed 3 doctors before finding Dr. Silverstein when we were previously unhappy with the communication or services from other pediatricians. Dr. Silverstine won my heart by not only trusting me as a mother and admitting that my son COULD have a rare condition (which other doctors denied), but also by spending the time in researching our options, and persistently calling me after hours to deliver a message, which he didn't want to leave in the voicemail because he wanted to make sure I received it in time. To me that demonstrates high level of care for his patients, as well as absence of arrogance and which is so common in other doctors. I am typically not someone who trusts very easily, but Dr Silverstine is the doctor I trust with my son's life, and as such he comes as highly recommended.”
