Michigan X-Ray is the best X-ray supplier out there. I needed a circuit board replaced on our unit and I spoke with 3 other local companies(I am in SC). Two of them never got back to me and the third company sent me a part that didn't work. When I informed them the part they sent didn't work, they said well, that product is obsolete and that was the last one they had lying around. They then tried to sell me an entire new xray stand to solve the problem. I then decided to call Michigan X-ray and they sent me a brand new circuit board from the manufacturer immediately. I was able to swap it out and my x-ray unit now functions perfectly. They were extremely nice on the phone, fast service and got my machine up and running again. Thank you very much Michigan X-ray!
Great place and staff. They always find time to help you if you need anything. I have used them and bought equipment for last 10 years from them for physician I work with.
I can not say enough good things about Michigan X-Ray. I have lived in other states and can compare other x-ray companies, and the don't compare at all. Everyone is eager to help and they are extremely efficient. They made the transitioning of my equipment from one building to the next effortless, and have exceeded my expectation ever since.
