Lou made me feel like we knew each other for 25yrs. His mechanic was also very friendly and helpful as well. Excellent work,and reasonably priced. I definitely would recommend them and will be back if I need work on my car again.

Hello world, just would to share the experience I had at "Complete Auto Center Pro" The friendly and courteous service , and such attention to detail , was show when I brought my car in for servicing. Believe me when I say, they will not allow you to pay over the allowed amount . "NO PRICE GOUGING HERE" . Its so nice when you run across people with there Hearts in the right place. I cannot say enough "good " about Complete Auto Center! They are truly pros, professional, great prices, friendly and will take their time in explaining anything. I have taken my car to the same mechanic for years, (well, since my father passed away 7 years ago) and his work has been slipping. I decided to take my car to Complete Auto. They went above and beyond of what I needed done. I will be using Complete Auto Center from now on, and will spread the word of how great and fair they are. We used a different Shop for years and as many of you know it is hard to find a good shop to be taken care off. We called Lou two weeks ago because of a heating issue with our daughters car. It was on a Saturday and even though they were busy he got us in and his mechanic fixed the issue same day. He gave us a price estimate and when the work was done it actually was cheaper then what the original estimate. Lou is honest, caring and we felt well taken care off. His mechanics are wonderful they talk you through what was going on with the Car. I would go back anytime. Actually I did not think we be back so soon but yesterday my daughters radio, indicators and dashboard went dead all of a sudden and my first call was to Lou. 30 minutes later I was in the shop and within 1 hour they not only figured out what was wrong but fixed it. Outstanding service & Customer Care, mechanics are knowledgeable and fast service. I am so glad to know where to go next time we encounter car trouble.
