(May 29, 2022, 10:17 pm)My daughter locked the keys in the rental, at the carwash on way to return. Customer service helped extend the rental and had a tow truck come to help unlock it. The guy was very courteous and efficient! It was however a little pricey! Won't happen again, I'm going on Amazon to get my own kit!
