I’ve being trying to get in the location near my house for a month. They were always booked or backed up. I called Waterford in the am and asked for an appt. they said yes and they would call be when ready. They called at noon for a 2 pm. Took me right in and out in 90 minutes. Great service and time management.

I wanted something more crisp than my stock radio and speakers. Chris turned me on to a Kenwood stereo, 4 new speakers, I asked for a Saturday morning install. They obliged, Saturday morning I walked in the store. I said, Chris, to be clear I want center, pit row, Metallica concert. Without missing a beat, Chris said, well your going to need some bass for that! My ears have been ringing since. Chris and his crew put this together for me, they came in way under my budget, they got it done. You want to rock it out? These guys will get you there quick. Thanks!

I am super impressed with the service and quality, also they did same day installation for my sub and amp. Very great work with hiding all the wires and making it look neat. Very nice people with good communication. I highly recommend!
