MI MED Affordable Medical Supplies

I took my scooter to MiMed right when the pandemic started because I was having issues with it. I had originally bought it from Binson's and they weren't able to see me for over a month. MiMed got me in that week and helped me until my issue was resolved. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I will no longer be using Binson's and will be going to MiMed for anything medical that I need. Thanks Chris and Joe for all you have done!

I stopped in because I needed help with compression socks for varicose veins. Chris and Melissa were super nice, and Chris was really knowledgeable.

I am so happy I called MI MED, I talked to a very nice person and within a few hours I received my package on my porch. It is so nice to know there is such a nice company helping people.

The store was recommended by a friend of mine, and I can see why. They have a good range of products and can order almost anything that they don't have that you need. The customer service here was outstanding, and their prices were better than anywhere else around. I was looking for a mobility scooter, and shopped at several other places. I went to one vendor in Bloomfield Hills, who knew nothing about the products and could not answer any of my questions. I went to Binsons in Rochester on a Saturday morning, was the only customer in the store, and although there were 4 employees standing at the main desk chatting with each other not one person asked if they could help me. I drove one scooter around the store and then walked out. MI Med had prices about 10% lower than anywhere else (including the internet) and were great to work with. Would give them 10 stars!
