Best farm in the area. Trainer is knowledgeable in all horse and riding aspects. Offer lessons, training and board. Horses here are HAPPY, HEALTHY AND LOVED. Lots of pastures, big indoor, outdoor ring, and heated grooming stall in the tack room (life saver in these Michigan winters). Horses are handled and looked over multiple times a day to catch any issues early on. Daily turnout as long as weather and temperatures allow. Food and water observed daily to make sure everyone is getting everything they need. No barn drama, everyone here is nice and willing to help. Mostly adults but kid friendly. Allison is great at observing what you and your horses needs are and getting you to where you want to be. Both my horse and I are very happy here 😊

I am going to start by saying I am not someone who normally leaves reviews. So, I have to say... Allison is a master trainer. She knows exactly what to do to get you where you need to be. However, if you go meet Allison even just once, that will be apparent. This review is more along the realm of the entire experience there. I started riding before COVID at Forte Farms, so it has been almost 2 years. It is the best money I have ever spent in my entire life. Everyone there is so genuine , and it is such a family-like dynamic. If you are wondering if it is worth it, 1000%. The horses are taken care of better than I have ever seen, I am familiar It is a place you would want to board your horse for sure because he will be taken care of, it is a place that you should go to as a new rider, or if you want to sharpen your skills an get ready for a show, or if you are an expert, you will be working with a MASTER . Forte Farms IS your place. YOUR HORSE will be happy and healthy, which means so will you!

Great place for you or your kids to practice riding or board a horse! All the animals are extremely well taken care of and the people there are very kind and great instructors! Out of every stable in the area, this one is definitely my favorite!

Absolutely the best boarding experience I've ever had in my 9 years of horse ownership. The 2 best things that anyone can ask for in a boarding facility are that their horses are happy and healthy, and that the owner is happy - and I've finally found a place that has both. The owners are amazing to work with and go above and beyond to ensure my horses are taken care of as if they were their own, and receive the absolute best care. The environment is drama free and relaxed, and it makes barn time so enjoyable. The training is amazing as well and I already see differences in both of my horses. 100% recommend!

I cannot recommend this barn and this trainer enough! I have been riding for over 19 years and have trained at my fair share of barns. Forte Farm and Allison's(trainer/owner) approach to horsemanship is truely refreshing. My riding has improved exponentially since training at this facility. All of the horses and facilities are impeccably kept. The atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The work Allison does with her students and horses in training is impressive. If I had my own horse it would be kept here! I can't see myself ever changing barns!
