“Went here twice back in 2010, but could not stay, unfortunately. Had an emergency come up and immediately moved. I will say, the youngish pastor was a very wise man, and very giving of his time for myself, as a potential newcomer. Met with me over coffee, brought me books and literature. Seemed like a very faithful, conservative community, with serious believers. I will say, this is not a "hoopin and a hollerin'" type church for self joy or gratification. These folks are here to please and revere God. Check it out!”

“I've gone to this church for Christmas service ever since I can remember. We would always go with my grandma. I wanted my wedding to be here since my family members were also married in the church. Pastor David is a warm and kind person who helped us with premarital counseling and readings for the ceremony. Marta was the church wedding coordinator who helped our wedding ceremony go by with ease. She was great to work with. Maria was the organist/pianist who took my song suggestions and arranged them in a way to make everything flow and sound beautiful. Thank you to everyone who made our ceremony possible! “I have been greeted openly by the members here. The adult bible study is very open discussion and not intimidating. The church body has some people in business casual and others in a polo or conservative casual. Its a firm belief system in the trinity with lots of focus on Jesus. I have been here twice so far and have not yet revealed myself as a sinner. 😂 Its ok though we are all sinners and That's the consensus I have received. Better yet there is support for growth, healing, and change thru Christ our lord.”

“I'm a long time member at Abiding Presence Lutheran Church and I am quite proud of our Preschool. It has served our community well for many years. I support the decision by our Board of Directors to require Covid vaccinations of all the staff at our church, including the Preschool. We take very seriously the health and safety of all our children and their families. We do "love our neighbors", all of them. We love the staff member who declined to be vaccinated or to be tested. She was given options and chose to leave her position. We wish her well.”
