Ask anyone at the church, what made you come to this church and why do you stay they will tell you, it's the people... there is such a sense of family, love, support and faith! Sometimes I come just for the people connection. There are great outreach ministries, the music program is awesome and our youth program continues to grow and add life to the church. I am delighted to be able to be a part of this fantastic place... this church exemplifies what Christian love is about. The new Pastor, Pastor Nik, is a perfect fit for the church. His sermon series have been inspirational and truly help me understand how to apply the Good News to my life. In fact one week I am SURE he wrote the sermon with only me in mind... of course so did everyone I talked to. The Holy Spirit is alive and prospering at Shepherd of the Lakes!”

“You will learn about the Bible here. Lots of scriptures to read, good subject matter. Very friendly crowd. No collections are taken but you can donate if you want to. The public is welcome. The meetings are 1 1/2 hours on Sunday. 30 min public Bible talk on interesting subjects. The Watchtower Study is interesting to observe, it is a question and and answer session for 1-hour on a pre-studied article. They have a jumbotron to sing from. The songs are really meaningful and based on a particular scriptural theme. You should check it out.”
