“At first things weren’t great with the treatment we were provided. A Dr Bernaky came to the house and it was an awful experience. From the first minute in the door everything was rushed. He didn’t take time to listen or connect with my mother at all when caring for her feet. He was rude to his staff and just seemed unprofessional. On top of all of that he cut my mother who is diabetic and has circulation issues. I was reluctant to call again but was told they had a new doctor who could see Mom when she had a new issue pop up. Dr Hotchkiss came to the house this time (first, he looks like he belongs on Greys Anatomy!) and the entire dynamic was night and day. He was kind, sincere and beyond caring with my mother. He took time to learn about all of us in the house and make us all feel comfortable. He dealt with my mothers issue and before he left she said she felt better than ever. Him and his assistant Walter were an absolute joy to have. That is what a doctor should be. My mom has been raving about “in my day” stating how Dr Hotchkiss is the way she remembers doctors. Professional, caring and putting the needs to others before anything else. I’m happy they’ve fixed their issues and have a new doctor like this, because this is an invaluable service for our family and others like us. Thank you Dr Klein and Dr Hotchkiss”

“I have never been more impressed by any doctors office in my life before!!! I would have never imagined it would be at a small Romanian doctor practice in Waterford, MI. I came in with my parents seeking a good Internist to replace the many mediocre ones each of us had. Even after seeing the 5 star reviews of this doctor online and after talking to other friends who referred him, I never imagined he would be so good and so meticulous about everything. He spent a good 30+ minutes with us talking about all aspects of my fathers' (the patient) health. Even without any extensive previous medical records to go on, Dr. Grivej was able to help guide and give us a better understanding of my dad's medical problems. He knew a lot of the doctors my dad had been seeing and was very candid with us about the shortcomings of some of the specialists. He ordered a set of tests and let us know what to expect in following visits. After spending almost 2 weeks in the hospital with my Dad, my parents and I have never felt much more at ease and knowledgeable about the path to take than we have today.
