Kim, Dr. Ellen's PA, is nothing short of amazing. She is so kind, took all the time needed to answer my questions and made sure I was feeling comfortable about the procedure I was needing. Sharon, who handles the insurance, was wonderful. She made sure I was informed the entire way. I was very nervous leading up to the procedure. No one at Dr. Ellen's ever made me feel as though I was bothering them with questions or wasting their time. I had my surgery two weeks ago. I chose Beaumont Royal Oak (which was an amazing choice - they are fantastic as well). The entire staff at Dr. Ellen's continue to exceed any expectations I had. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Ellen for any plastic or reconstructive surgery needs. You will not be disappointed. Definitely do your own research but don't be surprised if you end up right back at Dr. Ellen's office.
