“I have been to Dr. Zaiden since 2013 for endometriosis removal (7 surgeries total since 2007 for me) and shortly before the pandemic I got frustrated with never being able to see the actual Dr (not a P.A.) so I switched. I recently switched back because I literally cannot find any other Dr that treats endometriosis as well as these people do. 2 appointment's and 2 weeks later and not only do I have a hysterectomy scheduled, but my daughter's female issues are being investigated and taken seriously after 4 years of no help from other Drs. I personally had no issues with someone answering the phone or getting an appointment. I ultimately found a new GI doctor, but I will always appreciate Dr. Ayas' medical support and education when it came to questions, fears, new medication, etc. Additionally, the nurses were always easy to talk to and super nice! I think my only negative would be the occasional long wait; but I knew my appointment time months in advance so I wasn't in a rush to do other things and I understood it meant other people were getting the care they needed.”

He's easy to talk to, he cares about his patients, he's a great conversationalist, and his expertise in the world of medicine is palpable. A particular time when I was uncharacteristically ill and nobody knew what was going on with me, he went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure I weathered the episode well. Dr. Mondrusova has worked with me a few times when covering for Dr. Brateman, and I have only had good experiences with her, as well.”
