“I have to say that this care now exceeded my expectations! When I got there, they said the doctor had an emergency and was running behind. I only had to wait 20 minutes, which is about the average for my regular doctor anyway. Haha. I appreciated the heads up though. When they called me in, the staff were extremely nice and were great listeners. I had fractured my foot and between the initial consult, the orthopedic consult (charming guy!), the x-rays, and check out, everything went very smoothly. I was blown away by their caring and genuine bedside manner. Definitely do the web check-in. I feel like that phrase is misleading though. To check in means to me that you already have an appointment. Web check-in is how you GET an appointment. They text you updates and you can wait at home until it's time for your appointment. Very convenient. As of this date, masks are still required (which is fine with me as there were three people in the waiting room with some nasty coughs!). Highly recommend this location.”

“The dr reminds me of Dr.House, he his really knowledgeable, but his blunt attitude and not buying peoples BS clearly rubs many the wrong way. He has helped me with acute and chronic problems, and educated me in simple ways to prevent reoccurances. If you want the truth go to this guy. “I called about 6 times to get in touch with the studio with no answer of any sort. They were closed for renovations until May 1, and it’s June and there have been no changes. I went to the place to see if I could speak with someone in person. If the studio was closed, it should be displayed properly on their website and it should be updated. I wouldn’t have wasted my money and time.... UPDATE!!! So, Cody reached out about what’d happened and I’m so glad she did because I would’ve missed out on an amazing experience. The space is absolutely gorgeous and her process and execution was flawless. I was completely at ease and I considered a facial being a one time thing, but with the experience I had, I just have to keep going back. I recommend this place if you want to take the steps to having great skin and learning what’s good for you in a comfortable setting. You'll be in great hands.”

“This gym is unlike any other! I really enjoy that the training is personalized. The head coach Andre creates a plan just for you to meet your specific goals. “I've been seeing Dr. Dillon and her staff for a few years now and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dillon and her staff. Dr. Dillon is a great doctor who truly cares about her patients. When I lost my mom a year ago to Cancer they offered resources and listened. Recently I reached to Dr. Dillon after being diagnosed with Covid while pregnant and having a hard time contacting my OB office for answers. I was in pain,sick, in tears and frustrated that I couldn't reach a doctor or nurse at my OB office so I reached out to Dr. Dillon on the patient portal and she replied quickly. She had the nurse Carly call to check on me,answer questions and offer a telehealth appointment. Carly was so patient and kind answering my questions and making me feel better. I gave 4 stars because of the front desk people. The person to greet patients whether it's in person or by phone gives the setting, feel of the practice as a whole. Some of the young ladies attitudes are so bad & they with go back & forth with you.I feel it's time for me to move on to another office/doctor where the front desk has better etiquette. Normally ill people call, come to see a doctor, no one should have to deal with someone's attitude due to whatever is going on with them. As much as I appreciate the care & concern of Dr. Jacob's, my health can no longer take the front desk.”
