“My mom has been at Brookdale Farmington Hills North for 3.5 years. The staff is very friendly and attentive to her specific needs. I feel like they really care about her. They have persevered through all of the covid restrictions and staffing shortages that are going on at all health care facilities. The newer nurses and director are available to contact with any concerns. Brookdale has accommodated her gluten free diet. It was very difficult to find any facility that would do that. Lots of activities and they encourage her to participate in them.”

The floor was not slippery which is always appreciated. There's a child care room too which was stocked with plenty of toys that kept my young kids amused while Mom sweated! My only recommendation would be that the audio levels could use an adjustment so both the music and instructor can be heard a bit better.”
