Chris and Brian who transferred my niece from William Beaumont hospital in Royal Oak to a facility in Ferndale! From the very beginning both of these gentlemen were extremely kind and caring and they kept reassuring us that the facility my niece was going to was a great place and that we had nothing to worry about! The interaction with others is key to keep the stimulation for my friend and there was music playing in the community room, she loves music. Prior to the Villa, my friend sat in front of a TV and had a terrible diet. The food looks and smells delicious with a good variety. This place smells clean! Even as a new patient, Dr Diesing’s office got me right in and corrected the problem. That was years ago and every experience my family has had since has been exemplary. Just yesterday my 7 year old had a dental emergency. Her pediatric dentist wouldn’t schedule her for a month.
