“Athletic Preparation is the best place to train if you are an athlete looking to take your playing to another level. Josh is an amazing coach and trained me for years. He helped me improve my speed, strength, vertical, and all of my stats across the board. With these improvements I was able to get college offers and successfully play in college. Josh really cares about everyone who comes in to train and will tailor your workouts to you and your sport’s needs. Josh is also extremely knowledgeable and will explain why the drills we do are important and how to use correct form for running and lifting. In addition, Sheila and Tom are very involved in the day-to-day care of their residents. They both work at the home with residents weekly, supporting each resident’s plan of care. Sheila and Tom make sure residents are receiving proper medications and even take on a more holistic approach that more is not always better. Proper nutrition for each resident is highly supported, all meals are homemade, and each resident’s needs are taken into consideration. The home is always clean and well maintained.
