“I have been a Kroger pharmacy customer for 36 years in Rochester and Oakland twp MI. I have always been tremendously happy with them-NO complaints EVER. Well today that changed with 2 people I had never spoken to before. Apparently They have started giving Covid shots sometime recently at the Oakland Twp store. My Dr called in a prescription on the automated line at 12;30. 2 hours later I called to see if it was ready. A man told me he never received it. I called my dr who spoke directly with this man who told him to call back and leave it on the automated line. I assume he was the pharmacist. My Dr said he had ALREADY done just that over 2 hours previously. The man told him ok - yes he had it-but he had been busy giving vaccines all day. I called back an hour after that and a woman told me they never got the call. I enlightened her on the actual facts and told her I had been lied to once and now she was doing the same thing!!!! Lo and behold- she told me oh- she found it and they were working on it. If they cannot handle the vaccines then you had better get them more help. I am stunned that I was lied to by two different people instead of just telling me they were very busy - which I have been told before- and my reaction was thanks for letting me know. Lying is inexcusable.”

“Overall I'm satisfied but was frustrated because the treatment plan took an additional 9 or so months to fix 1 tooth which was the main reason I got braces a second time. The rest of my teeth were pretty straight but because the 1 tooth was overlapping another tooth and was very obvious I decided to just go for it. It took months and many aligners to move it to where it was satisfactory but not perfect. Dr. Leah worked diligently with me to get it to where I was happy but honestly it took way too long and I still feel its not lined up so that its symmetrical with the other side.”

Brian and his team were so thorough and diligent in getting to the root of my nerve issues, put together a great plan for me, and even went the extra mile to alter my marathon training plan so I could safely get back to running. When I first got hurt, I was seriously wondering if I would have to pull out of my race. Spots in the NYC Marathon do not come up all too often, so I was trying to avoid this at all costs. Luckily, Brian was able to get me back on my feet and running smarter than I had been before. THANK YOU to the whole team for helping me heal, keeping my spirits up, and encouraging me every session. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail are truly the reason I'm still able to run this November. They have movie night with popcorn, target and Kroger store outings, BBQ’s and much more. I’ve taken care of both parents, in-laws and now a family member, so I’ve experienced many care facilities, but, nothing has come close to Rose Senior Living. The grounds are beautiful, surrounded by ponds and woods, there are side walks for walks, path in the woods and even a small dog park, all surrounded by a caring warm community atmosphere. Management, and all levels of staff, listen as well as hear your concerns. It is really nice to see a smiling staff greet and interact with residents (and their families), some truly enjoy their job. Rose is involved if we want them to be or in the background waiting if we decide we need them; they take time to support, interact and guide you with your loved ones concerns. We are so blessed that our family member is given the opportunity to live at Rose and share in all it has to offer. I call it the ‘DISNEY’ of health care. If you’ve ever been to Disney, you understand the level of service I’m referring to. Outstanding.”
