“I have lived here with my teenage daughter since August 2018. It is absolutely the best community I have ever resided. Covington Club is quiet, clean and exquisitely maintained. Each neighbor I've come into the presence of were all polite. The townhomes are very spacious, huge rooms with large walk in closets. There is a breathtaking pond with a fountain in the backyard. Great for entertaining while having a BBQ. Even better to just relax. A priceless escape to mentally unwind from stress or life's busy days. Many times we can catch those picturesque sunrises and sunsets. The staff is remarkable and pleasant. All maintenance concerns are promptly handled. The pool is always clean and it's lounging area well kept. The 5 stars for Covington Club is Well Deserved! Daveda salutes you 😍”

“I lived at the Windsong apartments for a year and I loved it. The apartments are located in Pontiac which isn't the best area but with Oakland University down the road I felt a lot of the residents were students. I lived in a one bedroom apartment alone which was unrenovated to keep the price down. The apartment itself was okay, the kitchen is small and the dishwasher was older but it cleaned my dishes all the same. What made my living experience amazing was all of the staff. Kathy and Jillian were in the office and they were more then helpful anytime I needed anything. The maintenance staff made me feel safe in the complex because they were all so nice and friendly. The maintenance staff would answer any complaint I had within hours of my call. The grounds were always kept nice and snow was always plowed the day or night it snowed. When I moved out of the apartment Kathy and Jillian made it so easy. They used my security deposit to pay my last water bill so I didn't have to worry about doing it and they mailed me the rest of the check to my new address within less than a month. The staff also left me balloons on my door for my birthday and always had fun things to do in the complex to bring the community together. Kathy and Jillian truly care about everyone in the complex and go above and beyond to make it a good place to live. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I knew.”

“I like this CVS and have been coming here for over 5 years, but I only buy alcohol cause it's state minimum and it's close to home. If I need food, I'll usually hit the grocery store as I try to plan ahead. I've never filled prescriptions here, so I can't comment about that, but from my perspective, everyone has always been very nice at this location and I like it a lot. It's always very clean and organized; never too busy. I'm extremely aware and conscientious of business practices and after a half a decade, I'd think I'd recognize what I see. If you look at my photos, you can see the manager, Juanita, changing the trash--that is a hard worker right there! She's the manager but isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. I think this is due to them being a little under-staffed, but even so, they do a great job keeping this location awesome by any means. Look at the amount of cars parked at CVS, speaks volumes.”
