“Taco cart is a great idea. The wait for tacos was long. The taco vendor would have been well served with a third person to take orders and handle cash. The cook and server did the best they could with resources they had. The revenue could be at least doubled with a better process. There were plenty of people in line to support the demand. “When the dryer we ordered from Best Buy didn't work, we returned it. Then tried ordering another from another place. It was going to be a month for delivery. I went to J&T and had a working dryer--delivered and installed--in less than 24 hours, for much less than either of the first two options. Friendly, professional staff in store got me squared away, and the delivery crew was the fastest, most efficient crew I've seen. In maybe three minutes they guided the dryer safely through five doorways and a set of stairs, into position, got it set up, and were on their way. I have a house I'm renovating, you can bet that J&T will be supplying all the appliances I need! Great price, excellent service.”

“17th December 2022 : Came here with an appointment for an exhaust rattle TSB for my 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Once they understood my concerns, they took the car right in and got it fixed within minutes. I understand what it is like to run a service centre. Despite all that they had on their plate, they prioritised my issue and had me back on the road with a wide smile and a rumbling V8. The service manager was very kind and generous, so were all the technicians. (Happy & helpful people, Isn't this what America is all about?) They even took me under the hoist to show me what's going on. I've interned myself in many svcs in my teens back home, I would totally spend my weekend working here for free if I were in my teens again. (Being around and working on cars is my happy place! :)) I would totally recommend this place for anyone with a Ford and care about it! 💯”
