Kim and Frank are amazing to work with. Regardless of whether it’s a remake of an heirloom piece, or a completely new design, they work with me to get it exactly right. Many of my pieces incorporate gemstones Frank procures for me and diamonds from old, inherited pieces. The results get compliments from everyone who sees them. “These guys are awesome! They replaced my garage door back in 2014. Yesterday one of the springs broke, which trapped one of our cars in the garage. Delet set us up for same day service, but close to the time Nick, the tech, was supposed to come out, we got a call from Linda in the office. Nick was running into problems on the job just before ours, so Linda asked if we'd mind if Nick came early the next morning on his way in. But I had to be in the office at 7am, and my wife needed to get our 14 year old to camp, which is about an hour away - too far for Uber. In other words, we really needed to get the door open and my wife's car out. Nick made it over about 6:20pm, was super nice, fixed the broken spring and got the door working perfectly again. A lot of other companies would have simply said, "Tough luck - your schedule is not our problem. The tech will be out tomorrow". But Delet honored their commitment to us. THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE that deserves to be recognized. Nice job - bravo!”
