About a week ago we called and made our usual order, however, when our food arrived it was not how we ordered it. Like I said, we love Marcos so we didn't want to call and complain or give a bad review so instead we just let them know in the how did we do survey. A few days later we get a phone call from Marcos apologizing for their error. They were so sorry and even gave us our next order free. I finally just left before they even took my order. I just feel the online ordering should be picked up inside. I don't know if this is done at all locations or not.”
