He is welcoming, approachable, and clearly has a wealth of experience to recommend methods and strategies of healing. Logistics are fantastic, as you can text him to set up/cancel appointments. The office is warm, friendly, has a comfy couch, and coffee for the appointment. Dr. Mills even goes as far as to play classical music in the waiting room so that other appointment content will not be heard. Again, I would highly recommend Dr. Mills! “This was my first apartment, and I am pleased with it. The apartments are spacious with a lot of storage, including storage outside of the unit, though I never used that. Admin and maintenance have always been responsive. Very little issue with pests and the like. Never hear anything from the other apartments through the walls, though if they are in the hallway you will hear them. I did have a few issues, one where our AC was out near the beginning of summer. It took a few visits from maintenance and eventually they had to call in outside contractors to replace the entire unit. Additionally, the shower water pressure is not great. On the plus side, the water gets hot quickly. My main issue is the laundry situation. There is one washer/dryer for the 8-unit building, and they are small. It costs 2.00 to wash and 1.75 to dry. Plus to fill up the laundry card you have to go to the leasing office, there's no app or machine in the building. The kitchen is pretty small, especially if you have to keep things on the counters. The location is great, you could walk to downtown if you wanted to (like a half mile), there's a 7-11, Rite Aid, and Busch's within walking distance and a good amount of restaurants as well. The mail boxes can be pretty far, but I found it tolerable when I signed up for Informed Delivery through USPS so I didn't walk across the complex to an empty mailbox. I also like how relatively small the complex is. No matter what building you're in you're not far from one of the exits.”
