“What a great place for brews and food! Had a concert to attend and this place did not lack for a great dinner. The sliders with the onion jam - super delish and packed with flavor. “Had these guys refurbish a set of wheels for my Dart back in March. The finish turned out beautiful. Very fine and consistent polish, along with a great top coat. “I’m new to VIP but not to tanning and all I can say is wow! I came into VIP only wanting a single visit to try them out but ended up with an unlimited monthly package. How could I not at their amazing prices?! They have multiple levels of high pressure beds and stand-ups as well as an array of lotions (at a discounted price for members 😊). “I have been a Kroger pharmacy customer for 36 years in Rochester and Oakland twp MI. I have always been tremendously happy with them-NO complaints EVER. Well today that changed with 2 people I had never spoken to before. Apparently They have started giving Covid shots sometime recently at the Oakland Twp store. My Dr called in a prescription on the automated line at 12;30. 2 hours later I called to see if it was ready. A man told me he never received it. I called my dr who spoke directly with this man who told him to call back and leave it on the automated line. I assume he was the pharmacist. My Dr said he had ALREADY done just that over 2 hours previously. The man told him ok - yes he had it-but he had been busy giving vaccines all day. I called back an hour after that and a woman told me they never got the call. I enlightened her on the actual facts and told her I had been lied to once and now she was doing the same thing!!!! Lo and behold- she told me oh- she found it and they were working on it. If they cannot handle the vaccines then you had better get them more help. I am stunned that I was lied to by two different people instead of just telling me they were very busy - which I have been told before- and my reaction was thanks for letting me know. Lying is inexcusable.”

“On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day. Tim C Knoxville, TN”

“Overall I'm satisfied but was frustrated because the treatment plan took an additional 9 or so months to fix 1 tooth which was the main reason I got braces a second time. The rest of my teeth were pretty straight but because the 1 tooth was overlapping another tooth and was very obvious I decided to just go for it. It took months and many aligners to move it to where it was satisfactory but not perfect. Dr. Leah worked diligently with me to get it to where I was happy but honestly it took way too long and I still feel its not lined up so that its symmetrical with the other side.”

“Lived here for 12 months in 2021. Moved in with some issues since it was a "renovated unit". Almost everything was new, although the cabinets were not the style I was expecting from the tour I was given. The coaxial outlets were painted over so I had maintenance bring over new ones that I installed myself, I was impressed at how fast they responded. Valet trash was convenient but I couldn't handle the lack of recycling so I ended up bringing most boxes to a recycling place on my own. My fridge had an issue that was also responded too very quickly. I never had an issue with bed bugs or mold. Neighborhood was quiet, although I never used the pool or gym amenities. Parking was convenient, my sheltered parking spot was only taken twice by a new tenant who didn't understand the rules. Moving out was also pretty painless. My rent term was a year and a day for some reason, so I had to pay a prorated day of rent and utilities, and I almost had to pay for an extra month of renters insurance, otherwise, it was a standard 60 day notice and the walk-through showed no issues; my refund was given in full. All in all, the price was a little high for a sleepy neighborhood, but the experience was positive in its entirety!”

I had been in PT prior for some lower back issues, but marathon training showed me I still had some weaknesses. Brian and his team were so thorough and diligent in getting to the root of my nerve issues, put together a great plan for me, and even went the extra mile to alter my marathon training plan so I could safely get back to running. When I first got hurt, I was seriously wondering if I would have to pull out of my race. Spots in the NYC Marathon do not come up all too often, so I was trying to avoid this at all costs. Luckily, Brian was able to get me back on my feet and running smarter than I had been before. THANK YOU to the whole team for helping me heal, keeping my spirits up, and encouraging me every session. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail are truly the reason I'm still able to run this November.
